Our basic training allow end-user to understand the functionality of their systems in the simplest way.
We also provide additional training to customers who are keen to know their system better or want the update of latest technologies. The training can be for User, User Technical Support or Administrator.
Depending on the complexity of the project and customer’s needs, we cater up to 3 levels of training specially tailored for the customer.
End User
Equip users with the knowledge and hands on experience in using the system. The training can be 20 minutes to 30 minutes depending on the complexity of the system
User Technical Support
Equip customer user technical support officers with the knowledge and hands on experience in preparing the facility, standby and basic troubleshooting skills. The training can be 20 minutes to 30 minutes depending on the complexity of the system.
Administrator
Equip system administrator with basic configuration, troubleshooting skills and fault escalation procedure. The training can be 30 minutes to 40 minutes depending on the complexity of the system.
