An advanced Video Kiosk combines hardware and software like a touch screen monitor, computer and even printers and credit card readers for multiple functions. However for NETe2 Asia, this isn't enough. We have the ambition to bring the Video Kiosk technology to greater heights.

A collaboration project was commenced between CAAS and NETe2 Asia in the implementation of a Video Kiosk for Changi Airport. This video kiosk acts as a virtual helpdesk for the passenger to make face-to-face enquries with the helpdesk operators via the videoconferencing technology.
